1. Our approach

IPTV Trends respects the rights of copyright owners and expects its customers to do the same. We respond promptly to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.

2. Where to send notices

Send copyright notices to our designated agent by email at support@trends-iptv.us with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. You can also open a support ticket from our Contact page.

3. What your notice must include

To be valid, a notice must include:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• identification of the material you want removed and enough detail for us to find it (for example the channel name, programme and time, or a URL);
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

4. What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. We may forward the notice to the customer concerned.

5. Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action.

6. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyright.

7. False claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages. If you're not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice first.
