Three ways to connect an app
Your activation email contains everything below. Which one you use depends on the app.
Xtream Codes login
Server URL, username and password. The easiest option: channels, movies, series and the TV guide load automatically. Used by IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and most players.
M3U playlist link
One web address that contains your channel list. Used by VLC, Kodi, Smart IPTV and OTTPlayer. Add the EPG link separately if the app asks for it.
MAC address / portal
MAG boxes and some Smart TV apps link to your subscription through the device's MAC address. Send it to us and we set it up.

- Internet speed of 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
- Ideally an Ethernet cable for the TV or box

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Open a support ticket from the same email address and we'll resend your details.
Copy the details again from your email. Most errors are a missing http:// or port in the server URL, or a capital letter typed as lowercase. Expired trials also show this error.
Restart your device and router, use Ethernet if you can, and switch the player's decoder to hardware. You need about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
Refresh the EPG in the app settings and give it a minute on first load. Xtream Codes logins load the guide automatically; M3U apps may need the EPG link added.
