How to Set Up IPTV on Firestick & Fire TV
The Firestick is the most popular way to watch IPTV Trends. IPTV players aren't in Amazon's app store, so you install one with the free Downloader app. It takes about eight minutes, and you only do it once.

Before you start
- Your IPTV Trends login from the activation email (free trial or paid plan)
- Your Firestick / Fire TV connected to the internet
- At least 10 Mbps for HD streams, 25 Mbps for 4K
Step-by-step setup
Step 1: Allow apps from unknown sources
On the Fire TV home screen open Settings and let Downloader install apps.
- Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options
- Turn on 'Apps from Unknown Sources' (newer models: 'Install unknown apps' → Downloader → On)
- No Developer Options? Go to My Fire TV → About and click your device name 7 times
Step 2: Install the Downloader app
Downloader is free in the Amazon Appstore.
- Open Find → Search and type Downloader
- Select the orange Downloader app and click Get
Step 3: Install your IPTV player with a Downloader code
Open Downloader, allow access to files if asked, then select the box on the Home tab. Type the code for the player you want and click Go.

- Wait for the download to finish, then choose Install
- When it says App installed, choose Done, then Delete to remove the installer file and free up space

Codes change from time to time. If one doesn't work, open a support ticket and we'll send you the current code.
Step 4: Log in with your Xtream Codes details
Open the player and choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API' (TiviMate: Add playlist → Xtream Codes).
- Name: anything you like, e.g. IPTV Trends
- Username and Password: exactly as written in your email (they're case-sensitive)
- Server URL: the full address including http:// and the port number
Your login arrives by email the moment you subscribe or start your free trial: Server URL, Username, Password and your M3U playlist link. Can't find it? Check spam, or open a support ticket and we'll resend it.
Step 5: Start watching
Live TV, movies, series and the TV guide load automatically. Hold the Home button → Apps to move the player to the front of your home screen.
Troubleshooting
Restart the device and your router, then test your speed: you need about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Use a wired (Ethernet) connection where you can, and switch the player's decoder to hardware if the app offers it.
Unknown sources is still off for Downloader. Repeat step 1, make sure Downloader is switched on, then run the install again.
Check you typed the code in the box on Downloader's Home tab (not the Browser tab), with no spaces. If it still fails, the code may have changed: open a support ticket and we'll send the current one.
Copy the Username, Password and Server URL again from your activation email. Most errors come from a missing http://, a missing port number, or a capital letter typed as lowercase. If your trial or plan has expired, choose a plan on our pricing page.
