1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how IPTV Trends ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit trends-iptv.us, use our checkout at trends-iptv.us, start a free trial, subscribe or contact support. IPTV Trends is responsible for this information.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Service:

• Account details: your name, email address, country and the details you enter at checkout.
• Order and billing details: your plan, order dates, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we don't store full card numbers.
• Service details: your login, active connections and, for MAG boxes and some Smart TV apps, the device MAC address you send us.
• Technical information: IP address, device and app type, and connection logs that we need to deliver the Service, enforce screen limits and keep it secure.
• Support and order messages: what you tell us in tickets, emails, live chat and WhatsApp, including screenshots and your phone number if you message us on WhatsApp.
• Website information: basic information about how pages on our website are used. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• create your account and send your login details;
• provide, maintain and troubleshoot the Service;
• take payments, send invoices and handle refunds;
• answer your support requests;
• enforce our Terms and screen limits, and prevent fraud and abuse;
• send important service messages, such as expiry reminders and changes to our terms;
• send offers, only where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

4. Legal bases

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performing our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure and preventing abuse), legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and your consent (optional marketing and non-essential cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service and who must protect it: hosting and streaming infrastructure, our checkout and billing software, payment providers, email services, our live chat provider (Crisp) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back or need support. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Technical connection logs are kept for a short period, then deleted. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and login details private.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your personal information;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• send your information to you or another provider in a portable format;
• stop or limit certain uses, or object to them.

10. US state privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

11. Children

The Service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email.
