1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IPTV Trends ("IPTV Trends", "we", "us", "our"). They apply when you visit trends-iptv.us, create an account on our secure checkout at trends-iptv.us, start a free trial, buy a subscription or use our streaming service (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is allowed by the laws of the country where you use it.

3. The Service

IPTV Trends provides a subscription that streams live TV channels, sports, and movies and series on demand over the internet to compatible devices and player apps.

To use it you need your own internet connection, a compatible device and a player app. We don't sell or supply hardware, and player apps are made by independent developers under their own terms.

The channel line-up, on-demand library and TV guide change over time as content providers change their offering. Figures such as the number of channels describe the Service at the time of writing and are not a promise that any particular channel or programme will always be available.

4. Your account

Give accurate details when you create your account and keep them up to date. Your login details (username, password, M3U link and portal details) are personal: keep them secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using them. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Screens and fair use

Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections (screens). Plans are available for 1 to 5 screens, and your plan includes the number you choose when you order. You can install the Service on as many of your own devices as you like, but only that number can stream at the same time.

Sharing your login outside your household, reselling access without our written permission or trying to get around connection limits is not allowed and may lead to suspension without a refund. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Free trials

We may offer a free 6-hour trial so new customers can test the Service on their own devices. Trials don't need a payment card and end automatically. Trials are limited to one per person and household, and we may refuse or end a trial to prevent abuse.

7. Plans, prices and payment

Plans are paid in advance for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or 2 years, for 1 to 5 screens, or a custom plan). Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added depending on where you live.

Payments are processed through our secure checkout and its payment providers. We don't store full card details.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

8. Renewal and cancellation

You can renew, upgrade or cancel at any time from your account or by opening a support ticket. If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged for the next period and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

9. Refunds

New subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. How it works, and when refunds don't apply, is explained in our Refund Policy.

10. Content and intellectual property

Channel names, logos, programmes, films and other content belong to their respective owners. IPTV Trends doesn't claim ownership of third-party content.

The trends-iptv.us website, our brand and our own text, graphics and guides belong to IPTV Trends. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. If you believe something infringes your rights, see our DMCA Policy.

11. Third-party apps and devices

Player apps (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, Smart IPTV, IBO Player or Kodi) and devices are provided by third parties. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for how they work, their availability or any fees they charge, such as premium features or app activations.

12. Availability and changes

We aim for 99.9% uptime and monitor the Service 24/7, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of interruptions. Maintenance, network problems outside our control, changes by content providers or events beyond our reasonable control may affect individual channels or the whole Service.

We may improve, change or stop parts of the Service. If we stop the Service entirely, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is used for fraud or chargeback abuse, or puts the Service or other customers at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You can stop using the Service at any time.

14. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about the Service, including that it will meet your particular needs or that a particular channel will be available.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IPTV Trends is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the current subscription period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

16. Your responsibility

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs IPTV Trends suffers because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Service, except where the loss was caused by us.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

18. Disputes

If you have a problem with the Service, please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly by our support team. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where IPTV Trends is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
